Château des Jacobins 2014 flourished under an oceanic climate very typical of Bordeaux. A beautiful but rather cool summer with timely quenching seasonal rainfall gave this vintage its lovely tannic structure with a fresh and fruity edging.
Robe (Colour): Purple
Aroma (Nose): Black fruits
Palate (Mouth): Lush blueberry and blackberry with citrus fruits. Long and robust tannins.
Wine Pairing Suggestion: To be enjoyed from today onwards with game, red meat, rabbit stew, beef bourguignon, and Salers and Beaufort cheeses.
